Refund policy

There are no returns on earrings or personalised jewellery. 

All other pieces handmade to order, so please understand that we cannot accept returns, as a lot of time will have been spent making the jewellery especially for you. However if something is not quite as you imagined, please let us know and we will be happy exchange or alter.
