A meaningful handmade gemstone bracelet created in collaboration with Chain of Hope to celebrate 30 years of “mending little hearts” (1996–2026).

Handmade in London using natural gemstones and gold or silver vermeil, the Heart-Hope Bracelet is designed as an everyday piece carrying symbolism, colour and emotional meaning.

Inspired by connection, compassion and courage, each bracelet features a rich gemstone composition of ruby, garnet, spinel, labradorite and onyx — stones traditionally associated with love, grounding, protection, strength and emotional resilience.

Designed to be worn alone or layered with other bracelets from the Wear Your Heart collection.
