Miyuki & Preciosa Glass Bead Jewellery

Here at Clarke Palmer we use a myriad of colours of Preciosa and Miyuki glass seed beads for our jewellery.  We normally use 4mm and 3mm in size and different finishes and many different colours.  A lot of time is spent sourcing the perfect shades for our pieces - especially for the ombré designs .

Both types of beads are precisely made and of regular size - Preciosa traditionally made in Czechoslovakia and Miyuki in Japan.

Some of our favourite beads are Miyuki Picasso which have a painterly marbled finish.  We use these in a various aqua shades, earth shades and pale primrose.
